Our company is looking for a Experience Director to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide directional oversight of individual project team’s work and assume overall accountability for it;
- Build and strengthen the multidisciplinary skill sets of the design team;
- Provide oversight and lead design activities across client and internal projects;
- Lead design points of view, proposal approach creation, and relationship management across two to three key clients;
- Create opportunities to solve business challenges with design excellence;
- Drive design quality, practice, and offerings that meet business and user goals;
- Assess performance and provide career guidance and performance decisions for members of the experience team;
- Deeply understand the market and can speak to our clients and the industry about our content, craft, and trends;
- Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients;
- Scopes approach and estimates level of effort per engagement;
- Actively supports key business development efforts and sales events within a projekt202 location;
- Provides creative direction and guidance on client engagements throughout projekt202’s project lifecycle;

Requirements:
- Ensure that the design vision is executed correctly during the development process;
- Five or more years leading digital client engagements with creative teams;
- Expertise using Sketch, InVision, Axure, and/or other design/prototyping software;
- Provide leadership, communication, and collaboration skills;
- Familiarity with the agile software development process is a plus;
- Five or more years of UX experience preferably with a consulting company;
- Guided by empathy and User-Centered Design Methodologies (UCD);
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to talk and understand stakeholders;
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital experience case studies and detailed knowledge;
- Gather customer and end-user requirements and create overall UX concept and strategy;
- Juggle competing priorities and provide structure for oneself and one’s teams;
- Create high-level wireframes, flow diagrams, and prototypes to explore and communicate interaction design ideas;
- Conduct workshops & brainstorming sessions with internal team members and/or the client to define the design direction;
- Knowledge and interest in HTML, CSS, and other emerging application technologies;
