Our company is looking for a Shift Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that employees are clean and neat in appearance;
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance within the Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards;
- Handle food and product ordering;
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize;
- Ability to oversee a team of associates in a fast-paced environment while ensuring that all proper food safety precautions are satisfied;
- Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers;
- Working the food counter;
- Managing the crew team;
- Complete AMTP in a timely manner;
- Responsible for POP being posted according to the Marketing Calendar and posted on time;
- Working in multiple parts of the Wendy’s restaurant;
- Lead by example in work ethic and attitude;
- Balance cash drawers and cashier as necessary;
- Assist in covering shifts and scheduling as needed;
- Work with other Leads to ensure smooth transactions and appropriate communication between shifts.
Requirements:
- Expedite food to guests;
- Comply with Company policies, procedures, standards, and specifications;
- Follow directions of management;
- Valid driver’s license;
- High school education;
- At least 1 year restaurant experience;
- Customer service experience preferred but not required;
- Previous experience in retail, customer serious or other related fields;
- Excellent written and communication skills;
- Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to handle a diverse crew in a stressful environment;
- Thorough understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies, including proper lifting techniques and box cutter safety;
- Ability to use the following equipment: forklift, harness, power jack, walk behind lift, WAV, baler, compactor;
- Eligibility to work in the US;
- Able to lift 10-40 pounds, reach with arms and hands, stand and walk for long periods;
- Must be available to work until close (10pm) at least one night per week.
