Responsibilities:

- Direct the day-to-day functioning of assigned parking locations;
- Rapid learner with the ability to grasp concepts and protocol;
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution. Successful sales experience may be substituted for academic credential;
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and procedures;
- Provide communication between production and office staff;
- Maintain sufficient staffing to meet client needs;
- Maintain a diverse portfolio of accounts;
- Performs other related duties as assigned;
- Able to persuade others and verbally express themselves;
- Manage all route supervisors and their teams for the designated routes;
- Leadership in a team environment;
- Pro-actively seeks solutions to market/store conditions;
- Develops intra-day and intra-week action plans to address operational issues in last mile delivery;
- Drive Stantec’s Safer together culture and prioritize the health and safety of employees.
Requirements:
- Able to work independently and as a team member to accomplish established goals;
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
- Able to lift and carry 50 – 80 lbs., 2 -3 days weekly;
- Able to work on multiple projects in the same period of time;
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field;
- 5+ years of leadership experience;
- Proactive, highly motivated and driven leader;
- 5+ years distribution center experience;
- Demonstrated leadership skills;
- Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management or a related field, preferred;
- Capability to create a game plan for each evening and week by using effective time management and scheduling;
- Skilled at making quality decisions, follow through with strategic planning to meet deadlines on tasks and projects;
- Significant wine & spirits experience;
- BS degree or equivalent work experience;
- Basic understanding of Lean and Six Sigma.
