Studio Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Studio Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio;
- Manage staff schedule;
- Collect out-standing dues;
- Membership sales;
- Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking;
- Follow sales processes to schedule prospects into Demo class;
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio;
- Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions;
- Ensure office is kept clean and organized at all times;
- Manages logistics for external speaking engagements, press engagements and conferences for team members;
- Maintains positive and professional staff and client relationships; welcome and greet clients and office guests;
- Runs errands as needed, including but not limited to mail, bank, grocery store, lunch, etc;
- Review project work for technical excellence, on time delivery and financial success;
- Provide senior management with regular reports on results and make adjustments as required;
- Be involved in billable project activities where required to optimize full use of time.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience;
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email;
- Solid writing and grammar skills;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement;
- An affinity and passion for fitness;
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software;
- A team player with an energetic attitude and ability to work while having fun in a fast-paced environment;
- Technically Savvy; ability to learn new program systems quickly; familiarity with Adobe CC Suite (in particular, InDesign and Photoshop) a plus;
- Strong time-management skills, with attention to detail, following through on projects and handling multiple tasks;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited university;
- Previous management experience in health & fitness industry strongly recommended;
- Adaptable to softwares and technology adopted by Color Me Mine;
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
