Our company is looking for a Culinary Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate, maintain and clean field kitchen equipment;
  • Perform preventive maintenance on garrison and field kitchen equipment;
  • Bake, fry, braise, boil, simmer, steam and sauté as prescribed by Army recipes;
  • Receive and store food items from suppliers;
  • Ensure food protection and sanitation measures are followed both in the field and in the garrison;
  • Garnish food items;
  • Perform preventive maintenance on garrison and field kitchen equipment to keep the kitchen running and soldiers fed;
  • Perform general housekeeping duties;
  • Set up serving lines.

  • Food and supply ordering;
