Our company is looking for a Business Process Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining Accelerate business process architecture determining when maps, policies, and procedures need to be produced;
  • Interact and positively influence key Divisional and corporate staff in this transition;
  • Facilitate process governance methods with Workstream Leaders, BPOs (Business Process Owners) and GPGOs (Global Process Governance Owners);
  • Train others on BPM techniques and tools;
  • Assist in the development and documentation of the strategy for the process improvement journey;
  • Ensure processes are correctly linked together through E2E scenarios;
  • Work with the Accelerate program and Stryker leaders to more broadly influence Stryker to a more mature process-oriented culture;
  • Support ‘global first’ documentation approach including guidance and oversight on when local process variations will be approved;
  • Support the success of Accelerate by executing the program’s global process management activities;
  • Execute training on the process management strategy and associated capabilities;
  • Assist in defining and updating the approach, tools and organizational structure to achieve the enterprise’s process improvement outcomes;
  • Partner with IT on tool development and enhancement;
  • Generate solutions to harvest labor productivity opportunities;
  • Partner with functional departments on program agendas to drive mutual outcomes;
  • Develop and improve on training material and processes, including but not limited to, how-to guides, train the trainer programs, and online training.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree required;
  • 8+ years of industry experience across multiple process areas, including experience in managing business process mapping or equivalent;
  • Cross Group Collaboration;
  • Front line operational experience: experience scheduling, training, and supervising hourly associates is a plus;
  • Excellent interpersonal, business communication and writing skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop detailed process plans using BPM tools and methods;
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university;
  • Must be able to generate and explain detailed proposals, guidelines and procedures;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Understanding of quality system;
  • Ability to lead user/stakeholder interviews and working sessions;
  • Intercompany Accounting;
  • Customer-focused with high-quality standards;
  • Strong analytical skill set, with demonstrated ability to quickly and analytically identify issues and their root causes;
  • Flexibility in approach and demeanor to handle changing client dynamics.
