LPN / LVN Nurse Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a LPN / LVN Nurse to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing in accordance with the individual’s plan of care;
- Ensure that all medical and adaptive equipment continue to be appropriate and are in safe working order;
- Maintain medical records to reflect timely, accurate, legible and complete documentation.
Requirements:
- Current licensure in the State of Tennessee or compact state;
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, if applicable;
- Certificate from an accredited school of nursing;
- One year of clinical experience preferred.
