Registered Nurse (RN) STAFFING Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) STAFFING to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Case Management, Assessments, Assisting Care Partners, Coming Home and On-Call Admissions;
- Medical;
- Palliative/Crisis care, supervision of CNAs, STNAs;
- Other duties as requested by supervisor;
- Must have facility experience;
- Oversee the emergency preparedness plan;
- Industrial Nursing : Previous industrial or ER experience required;
- Oversee Certified Nurse Aides charting/documentation;
- Be able to count medications;
- Supervising Certified Nurse Aides;
- Any additional request by supervisor within scope of position.
Requirements:
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions;
- Nurturing and compassionate nature with the desire to care for others;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized;
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen;
- Satisfactory references;
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing;
- High school diploma or GED, and one year of in-home care services experience;
- Reliable transportation;
- Minimum of one (1) year recent clinical work experience in a hospital;
- Reliable transportation which includes any form of public transportation such as a bus or train;
- Must be able to provide three references (2 professional and 1 personal);
- Current CPR certification (ACLS, PALS if applicable);
- Must be 18 years of age or older;
- Familiar with and comfortable using a cell phone.
