Our company is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Health to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Performs other duties as assigned;
- Administers medications and observes patients for adverse reactions to medications or treatments;
- Delivers care to assigned clients and performs direct care in accordance with an established plan of care;
- Delivers safe care at all times that is in line with physician orders, home health policy and established nursing care standards.
Requirements:
- Prior home health care, hospice or related experience;
- One (1) year acute care clinical experience.
