Our company is looking for a RN-ED, Nights to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs other duties as assigned;
  • Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the health care consumer’s health and/or situation;
  • Implements, coordinates, and educates, to promote health and a safe practice environment;
  • Communicates effectively in a variety of formats in all areas of practice;
  • Attains knowledge and competence that reflect current nursing practice;
  • Analyzes the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues;
  • Demonstrates leadership in the professional practice setting and the profession;
  • Evaluates progress toward attainment of outcomes;
  • Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the health care consumer or the situation.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service;
  • Demonstrates competency in basic EKG skills by passing EKG test or successfully completing basic EKG class/modules within six months of hire;
  • Must hold a current, valid Arizona or compact RN state license;
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Windows;
  • Current AHA ACLS required;
  • One year acute care registered nurse experience required;
  • One year ED experience or critical care experience preferred;
  • Must be current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Provider certified;
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred; Cerner strongly preferred;
  • Current AHA PALS required.
