Our company is looking for a Field Service Engineer/Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Electrical knowledge;
  • Install, debug, specifies new equipment or modifies existing equipment to continuously improve system reliability;
  • Report out the issues with professional data analysis and clear logical process;
  • Provide manufacturing, knowledge (understands theories and fundamentals), capable of root cause analysis, and putting permanent solutions in place;
  • Identifies, supports, and implements reliability improvement projects;
  • Meet all SHE requirements (desired);
  • Clear understanding of the electric control cabinet, electrical control, and computer knowledge;
  • Ensure electrical and power system drawings are archived properly;
  • We provide higher level troubleshooting and ensure timely solutions of system or equipment issues.

Requirements:

  • Able to work in various indoor, outdoor, and cleanroom environments;
  • Ability to maintain composure and professional attitude at all times;
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint;
  • You will need sound mechanical intuition and PC computer literacy;
  • Possess a valid driver’s license;
  • Willingness to work outside of normal scheduled business hours when necessary;
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written;
  • We need an effective communicator, able to deliver message (written and verbal);
  • Must have a valid passport;
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with peers and customers that earns their trust and respect;
  • High School Diploma;
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time;
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of electrical and mechanical work experience in the above defined fields.
