Our company is looking for a Assistant General Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Menus;
  • Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees, and respond with patience and courtesy;
  • Successfully complete alcohol awareness training;
  • Ensures stated goals are met;
  • Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored;
  • Works with maintenance to ensure proper key controls;
  • Flexible schedule which include working weekends;
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio;
  • Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking;
  • Read and respond to SALT comments and Trip Advisor postings;
  • Knowledge of running and analyzing electric power load flows;
  • Participates in short and long range system planning processes;
  • Provide DIY service including battery installation, testing, wiper install, etc;
  • Developing and training team members;
  • Assist District/Region in other functions upon request.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and /or Culinary degree preferred;
  • The skills and experience to lead a team to consistently deliver exceptional guest service;
  • Management experience in a fitness environment;
  • Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively and build strong relationships with Customers, peers and upper management;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a fitness or coaching role;
  • Proficiency with computers and Studio software;
  • Demonstrates strong problem solving skills through ability to diagnose and develop recommended solutions;
  • Creative problem solving skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Working knowledge of automotive systems preferred;
  • Previous hotel operations leadership experience;
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills – that can be factually verified by peers and prior supervisors;
  • CPR/AED and First Aid certifications;
  • Willingness and ability to train and develop associates;
  • Ability to build rapport with internal and external clients – very relationship oriented.
