Associate Brand Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Associate Brand Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manages agency deliverables including content creation, internal approval routing, and analysis of performance;
- Supports the go-to-market execution of aligned innovation launches on the core business and new items;
- Monthly business performance reviews including insights and implications for the brands;
- Supporting the development and execution of marketing plans and programs;
- Budget management for the assigned brands;
- New product development recommendations and execution;
- Additional duties as assigned;
- Partners with Brand Leaders and cross functional partners to execution on innovation plans;
- Supports the efforts to maximize brand appeal for consumer segment and to target consumers’ needs and wants;
- Supports the development of the brand and innovation strategy;
- Responsible for company and specific category brand sales;
- Marketing Budget – Manage marketing budget, including budget tracker, PO’s and invoicing;
- Project Management – Perform ad-hoc projects as needed to support Product Marketing Manager;
- Strategy and Execution – Own Product P&L and manage key business KPIs to accomplish strategic goals;
- Competitive Intelligence – Monitor competitor activities, including pricing, promotion, new product launches, advertising.
Requirements:
- Clear and concise communication skills and team influencer;
- Experience managing annual marketing budgets;
- Strategic leadership skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required;
- Proficient in financial and analytical thinking and analyses.
