Our company is looking for a Associate Brand Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages agency deliverables including content creation, internal approval routing, and analysis of performance;
  • Supports the go-to-market execution of aligned innovation launches on the core business and new items;
  • Monthly business performance reviews including insights and implications for the brands;
  • Supporting the development and execution of marketing plans and programs;
  • Budget management for the assigned brands;
  • New product development recommendations and execution;
  • Additional duties as assigned;
  • Partners with Brand Leaders and cross functional partners to execution on innovation plans;
  • Supports the efforts to maximize brand appeal for consumer segment and to target consumers’ needs and wants;
  • Supports the development of the brand and innovation strategy;
  • Responsible for company and specific category brand sales;
  • Marketing Budget – Manage marketing budget, including budget tracker, PO’s and invoicing;
  • Project Management – Perform ad-hoc projects as needed to support Product Marketing Manager;
  • Strategy and Execution – Own Product P&L and manage key business KPIs to accomplish strategic goals;
  • Competitive Intelligence – Monitor competitor activities, including pricing, promotion, new product launches, advertising.

Requirements:

  • Clear and concise communication skills and team influencer;
  • Experience managing annual marketing budgets;
  • Strategic leadership skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required;
  • Proficient in financial and analytical thinking and analyses.
