Our company is looking for a CEO to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that human resources policies and programs promote employee and volunteer retention, training, and continuing development;
- Responsible for creating a fair, open environment for all teammates;
- Responsible for center’s P&L; managing financial controls and reporting;
- Responsible for all other functions as assigned by the Surgery Center Board of Directors and/or Regional Lead;
- Lives and models SCA Values;
- Ensure that organization finances are adequate, managed appropriately, and reflect sound financial practices;
- Provide guidance and oversight regarding fund development and capital campaign activities designed to meet or exceed revenue goals;
- Ensures efficient business office operations;
- Provide guidance on matters of programs, publications, budget, and legal responsibility;
- Ensure that program data is reported to grantors in a timely manner and complies with funding requirements;
- Work effectively with the board chair, executive committee and officers;
- Provide leadership to organization operations, including oversight of staff, budgets, and capital assets;
- Responsible for all personnel management, which includes recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and retention of employees;
- Ensure that organization programs achieve grant objectives and promote optimum service delivery to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required;
- Master’s Degree (MHA, MBA or MSN) preferred;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Ability to develop strong relationships with physicians and SCA teammates;
- Experience in outpatient surgery center or hospital outpatient operations;
- Budgeting, financial management, clinical service management;
- Comprehensive knowledge of Chicagoland surgery market preferred.
