Our company is looking for a President/CEO to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures salaries and benefits are set for support staff in such a way as to encourage and retain staff;
  • Ensures Vice Presidents are familiar with the personnel policy manual and adhere to it;
  • Approves all new hires and terminations in advance of any action;
  • Establish and maintain a satisfactory working relationship with community leaders, public officials, private and public agencies;
  • Is a member of various community boards by virtue of position;
  • Qualifications and Skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience with working with state agencies, specifically the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) ;
  • Experience in marketing, public relations, and fundraising with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and cultures;
  • Full accountability for Profit and Loss management and success;
  • Must be passionate, possess impeccable integrity, maintain a positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed;
  • Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people;
  • Past success working with a Board of Directors with the ability to cultivate mutually beneficial board member relationships;
  • Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and innovative approach to business planning;
  • Unwavering commitment to quality programs and data-driven program evaluation.
