Our company is looking for a Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling business arguments, demonstrating an understanding of diverse audience at all levels;
  • Directly influence the strategic and tactical execution of Collins development program quality processes by utilizing ZDP 3.0 / AS 9145;
  • Provide business leadership and analytical expertise for significant strategic initiatives in Quality;
  • Drive the elimination of escapes and reduction of site poor quality by utilizing ZDP methodologies for parts in production;
  • Follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures;
  • Drive the execution of ZDP throughout Collins;
  • Coach and support the execution of PFMEA / DFMEA to drive risk reduction in our production processes.

Requirements:

  • Licensed School Psychologist in Texas;
  • Strong written and verbal skills;
  • Strong program management skills;
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in quality, engineering, or operations, and aerospace industry experience preferred;
  • Ability to utilize DFMEA/PFMEA to reduce risk;
  • Two years of experience;
  • Commitment to leading continuous improvement;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to bring cross functional teams together for the purpose of problem solving;
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management and external customers;
  • NASP Certification;
  • Master’s Degree in Educational or School Psychology;
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
