Our company is looking for a Chief Administrative Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support, guidance and oversight of subsidiary staffing company;
  • Assist in other corporate or practice area initiatives (e.g. participate in corporate subcommittees, lead training), as assigned;
  • Manage the development and administration of the practice area budget including updates to revenue and expenditure forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Experience developing, implementing, and controlling budgets with multiple funding sources, financial systems, and policies;
  • Experience in managing large teams, organizational redesign, and change management;
