Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR to build an aligned employer brand and optimize internal communications;
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Track results and conduct post-campaign ROI analysis and reporting;

  • Accelerate change through the marketing organization by applying measurement and accountability;
  • Facilitate growth, sales, and marketing strategies;
  • Organize multiple trade show strategies and oversee the execution;
  • Oversee the creation of external communications materials including annual reports, marketing brochures, videos, publications etc.

Requirements:

  • Thrives working within a fast-paced environment;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing marketing operations in a senior marketing management role;
  • Position is based at headquarters in San Diego, CA. with frequent travel required;
  • 10+ years of marketing and business development experience, including 5+ years in a management role with a sophisticated law firm;
  • Proven experience planning, developing, and implementing successful business development initiatives;
  • Strong character, ethics and integrity;
  • Accelerate change through the marketing organization by applying measurement and accountability;
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills, including negotiation, and conflict resolution skills;
  • Demonstrated managerial talent and ability to allocate resources efficiently;
