Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Some travel required;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills when interacting with internal and external clients;
  • Strong knowledge of biotech/pharmaceutical operations;

  • Working knowledge of billing procedures related to provider practices;
  • Passenger and freight experience;
  • Prior success in leading corporate operations;
  • Demonstrated strategic financial management skills; knowledge of nonprofit finance a strong plus;
  • Experience on a shared corridor preferred;
  • Experience with firms opening multi-unit offices;
  • Prepared to build mentors and staff focused on helping others and providing value;
  • Ability to work well with others to resolve jobsite issues;
  • Understanding of advertising and the inner workings of agencies;
