Client Engagement Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Client Engagement Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and revenue streams by partnering with prospective clients and their associated companies;
- Collaborate with customers as well as our existing sales and recruiting teams to help build strong communication channels and internal alignment;
- Continuously provide consultation, recommendations, research, support, etc. to existing and prospective clients;
- Build and maintain client relationships through face to face meetings, lunch/dinner, entertainment, etc;
- Responsible for, and assessed on, Client Net Promoter Scores (NPS) for all engagements that align to your assigned industry portfolio;
- Providing timely responses to client inquiries;
- Identify opportunities for increased client engagement;
- Leads the pursuit and capture of client renewals;
- Build a trusted advisor relationship with clients so that they rely on you as a partner;
- Create and deliver webinars and other thought leadership content to maintain WealthEngine’s position as an industry expert;
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with 3Pillar delivery teams;
- Learn how to use WealthEngine’s SaaS products so you can educate and guide clients;
- Build customer advocates – develop deep strategic client relationships and build a loyal client base that actively advocates for our company;
- Apply your knowledge of industry best practices to recommend and implement ideas that make clients successful;
- Proactive servicing to identified contacts.
Requirements:
- Proven verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present to internal and external senior management teams;
- Able to effectively communicate knowledge of clients consultant opportunities to Millennium s internal staff;
- Must have excellent problem solving and organizational skills. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Also needs to use deductive reasoning, research skills, and decision-making skills to solve problems and enhance results;
- Ability to comprehend written sources of information (read reports, reference materials) as well as verbal sources of information;
- Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in-group presentation situations;
- Ability to communicate effectively and interface with at all levels, including senior management and technical personnel;
- Ability to multitask as a detailed oriented, curious and strong problem solver;
- Effectively manage high pressure situations with a high degree of patience, tenacity and tact, by involving the appropriate resources as necessary;
- Ability to plan objectives and provide direction, guidance, and assistance to others;
- Excellent project management skills and experience;
- Interest and proficiency in understanding digital health technology and venture investment preferred;
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
