Our company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Retention, service, account development, and product/service presentation directly to the insured;
  • Capture and develop revenue (up-selling and cross selling as needed);
  • Mentor and train account managers and CSRs;
  • Partner with resources (claims, risk management, and marketing).

Requirements:

  • At least five (5) years of senior client management experience with a retail insurance agency;
  • At least five (5) years of senior client management experience. Broad, general risk management Commercial P&C insurance exposure;
  • Lead Account Manager or Account Executive handling strategic planning alongside the producer and with frequent, out of the office client engagement;
  • Demonstrated experience leading a large, complex book and team members like Account Managers and Account Associates;
  • Control over the marketing process with strong underwriting relationships and excellent negotiating skills;
  • You can walk alongside a client through the whole life cycle of the account, from onboarding to renewal.
