Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends;
- Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts;
- Payroll and invoice processing. Maintain positive customer service attitude;
- Know and present the features and benefits of the property at all times;
- Dispute resolution/rules enforcement;
- Preparation of periodic newsletter;
- Explore and develop the idea of an industry community forum;
- Building community through video conferences and written communications with community organizers;
- Grow and develop developer participation and collaborate with engineering, PR, and Marketing;
- Implement marketing and sales techniques that will achieve high occupancy and a favorable resident profile;
- Build lasting relationships with our schools;
- Respond to emails and messages on various social media pages;
- Measure and report on community KPIs and performance;
- Provide exceptional customer service;
- Identify project risks and impediments and works with team to develop mitigation plans.
Requirements:
- Excellent written (letter composition) and verbal communication skills required;
