Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends;
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts;
  • Payroll and invoice processing. Maintain positive customer service attitude;
  • Know and present the features and benefits of the property at all times;
  • Dispute resolution/rules enforcement;
  • Preparation of periodic newsletter;
  • Explore and develop the idea of an industry community forum;
  • Building community through video conferences and written communications with community organizers;
  • Grow and develop developer participation and collaborate with engineering, PR, and Marketing;
  • Implement marketing and sales techniques that will achieve high occupancy and a favorable resident profile;
  • Build lasting relationships with our schools;
  • Respond to emails and messages on various social media pages;
  • Measure and report on community KPIs and performance;
  • Provide exceptional customer service;
  • Identify project risks and impediments and works with team to develop mitigation plans.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written (letter composition) and verbal communication skills required;

  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic; such as, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division;
