Our company is looking for a Construction Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage material orders and deliveries in alignment with schedules;
  • Responsible for P&L for projects assigned; coordination with Operations Manager;
  • Manage all required documentation and deliverables required by customers;
  • Work to reduce costs through good planning and timely execution of the work;
  • Manage in-house crews and subcontractors performing work on projects assigned;
  • Subject matter expert with knowledge and expertise obtained through progressive and varied experience in construction and technical activities;
  • Responsible for group supervision and administration;
  • Provides leadership and motivation to subordinate personnel;
  • Assists in the preparation and implementing of approved Construction program;
  • Develops and oversees quality assurance and training programs related to the handling of radioactive and other hazardous waste ;
  • May be assigned special projects;
  • Provides technical and/or functional support to the Construction team;
  • Performs duties complex to difficult in nature;
  • Other related duties as assigned;
  • Assists with maintaining positive employee relations.

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience at the project level to perform wireless projects assigned;
  • Periodic air travel will be required;
  • Local to market;
  • Good oral and written communications skills and the ability to speak, write and read English;
  • Must be able to pass a DOT physical; must be 21 years of age or older;
  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and drive or ride in a truck for long periods of time;
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent;
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, as well as estimating and project management utilizing cost accounting software;
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints;
  • Ability to climb the tower as needed;
  • Ability to manage more than one crew at a time;
  • Knowledge of multiple carriers;
  • Excavator training;
  • OSHA 10 Certification;
  • 10 or more years of experience.
