Our company is looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • As a leader for CDI you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the child development program which encompasses but is not limited to;
  • Resolve any issues that may arise on site;
  • Work with team to complete tasks;
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Supervise employees at multiple customer accounts;
  • Advises on trends and/or shifts in demand that could affect company’s service levels;
  • Identifies and disposes of obsolete and non-moving inventory;
  • Ability to supervise, evaluate, coach, and develop staff;
  • Acts as liaison between customer, sales, customer service and carriers;
  • Commitment to safety, including Basic Safety Performance ( BSP ) compliance and process safety management;
  • Managing financial resources, supporting our database management systems, and maintaining files;
  • Skilled in reviewing the work of others according to professional standards and practice guidelines;
  • Other household tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and shopping;
  • Demonstrate a high level of skill with interpersonal relationships and communication.

Requirements:

  • Strong background and demonstrated success with running high quality preschool and school-age programs;
  • A proven history creating enriched environments, exciting curriculum and quality learning experiences;
  • Will be working towards or have already achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in ECE/CD or related field;
  • Any use of hoists is a plus;
  • At least 1 year experience supervising distribution/delivery staff preferred;
  • 1-3 years’ experience in construction;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office;
  • 1-year experience in solar construction;
  • Must have a valid driver’s license;
  • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to foster teamwork, collaboration and manage conflict effectively;
  • VT RN license or ability to obtain VT RN license;
  • Ability to work cross functionally and with personnel at all levels;
  • Candidate must be drug-free with ability to successfully pass drug screening test;
  • Requires good communication skills.
