Our company is looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support delivery of advisory services to clients, primarily with services related to project, program or portfolio management;
  • Develop, define, and deliver advisory methodologies for project, program or portfolio management services;
  • Lead and support business development activities, including identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities;
  • Manage small to medium sized team delivering large business transformation projects;
  • Manage engagements according to KPMG’s financial/cost management policies;
  • Manage and mentor junior advisory staff; adhere to professional practice requirements;
  • Serve as a strong advocate for your clients( VOC/CX) to ensure FocusVision maintains high customer satisfaction;
  • Partner with Sales to meet or exceed client revenue goals;
  • Demonstrate best practices in market research across a variety of use cases and industry verticals;
  • Partner with Operations colleagues to identify ways to improve and streamline our service;
  • Partner with your client to help them understand how upcoming FocusVision product releases and service improvements can benefit their organization;
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and coordinate operational resource plans with team managers;
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of all FocusVision products and services, engaging subject matter experts as needed;
  • Drive progress toward business solutions that result in a win/win outcome for all parties involved;
  • Perform regular health check meetings, business reviews, and internal reports for assigned accounts.

Requirements:

  • Experience with business development, solution development, project/program management, and project delivery;
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle;
  • Travel may be up to 80-100%
  • 8+ years’ experience in the market research industry with a strong working knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research technologies;
  • Consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic, a commitment to results, and a positive attitude;
  • Working knowledge of typical financial flows and architecture;
  • Agile development methodology;
  • Working knowledge of the capital markets, trading and risk management;
  • Willingness and ability to get hands-on as needed; testing software, writing and confirming requirements with client, writing test plans;
