Our company is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plays that allow the team to hunt for and create demand for new KPMG business;
  • Provide and facilitate ongoing training and work with sales and marketing management to refine and improve the ongoing team success;
  • Achieve growth and meet sales targets by successfully managing the demand generation team;
  • Lead a variety of acquisition channels including digital, email, nurture, webinars, live events, content syndication, social, etc;
  • Coordinate with sales team to optimize lead volume and quality with the goal of generating high-value opportunities;
  • Create, deploy and evolve lead nurturing programs based on a strong understanding of target segments, key personas and buyer journeys;
  • Analyze campaign results in detail and make data-based adjustments;
  • Develop, maintain and execute lead generation plans to meet goals for lead pipeline and opportunity creation;
  • Collaborate with the Sales team & product marketing to develop integrated campaigns & follow up that drive leads and pipeline;
  • Partner with our inside sales team to ensure quality delivery and follow-up of qualified leads and to continuously improve and optimize our processes;
  • Collaborate and share best practices and outcomes with APAC field marketing (this role will cover Americas and EMEA);
  • Work with our digital marketing, events and product marketing team members to plan and execute lead acquisition programs and campaigns;
  • Evolve our sales & marketing tech stack;
  • Grow and improve performance across marketing channels through the development, implementation, and optimization of creative campaigns;
  • Work closely with the travel sales team to identify target segments and build engaging, integrated campaigns to drive top of funnel leads.

Requirements:

  • Excellent writer with experience building impactful content including; white papers, data sheets, webinars, videos and case studies;
  • Demonstrated experience and proven track record in working in a highly technical and B2B focused products and solutions;
  • Some travel may be required;
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience in sales organization with previous experience coaching, training tracking, and team development;
  • 5+ yrs experience in digital or acquisition marketing;
  • Understanding of a modern B2B buyer’s journey;
  • High attention to detail and focus on quality output necessary;
  • Creative, passionate marketer with desire to innovate and transform marketing practices and strategy;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Experience creating and implementing proven successful demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs;
  • Data-driven mindset with focus on real-time performance optimization;
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, influencing and negotiating skills;
  • Experience with database marketing plans and Hubspot;
  • 3+ years of experience planning and executing multi-channel lead generation programs (preferably for a B2B product);
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment.
