Our company is looking for a Field Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing team with execution and management of local marketing programs;
  • Assist with management tracking of local marketing tests, campaigns and specials projects;
  • Work with marketing team on local marketing initiatives including creative process and assets;
  • Assist with marketing communication to the Johnny Rockets system;
  • Coordinate marketing project status and update project management Smartsheets on a monthly basis;
  • Route marketing program and merchandising materials through legal and brand for approvals;
  • Assist with marketing presentation preparation and development;
  • Coordinate with marketing team to prepare promotional planning guides for domestic and international regions;
  • Assist field marketing with campaign analysis and reporting;
  • Assist Field Marketing with tracking company restaurant and franchise restaurant marketing spend;
  • Act as a brand steward and embody the Johnny Rockets brand;
  • Manage local restaurant creative requests and creative asset library;
  • Explore competitive campaigns and content and share back to team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • An organized approach to daily planning and task management;
  • Experience working with third party vendors, requesting bids and negotiating prices;
  • 1-3+ years of experience coordinating and attending conferences and/or hosted events;
  • Experience working with a B2B sales team;
  • Experience with or a willingness and ability to quickly learn new technology such as Salesforce, Marketo, ON24, LinkedIn and ZoomInfo;
