Our company is looking for a Financial Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with the business office to adhere to policies;
  • Oversees the annual budgeting process for Radiology through analysis and reports for trends and projections;
  • Process Accounts Receivables;
  • Provide subject matter technical knowledge in financial management areas of financial reporting, internal controls, and/or financial business systems;
  • Develop and sustain solid relationships with client personnel and identify opportunities to provide additional services;
  • Providing accurate and thorough analysis and forecasting so effective business decisions and strategies can be executed;
  • Provide direct supervision and training Radiology finance staff in regards to the financial operations for the department;
  • Manage a team of professionals delivering financial management advisory services to U.S. Federal government clients;
  • Provides management for all financial systems in Radiology;
  • Reconciling month-end close;
  • Preparing monthly and annual financial reports;
  • Collaborates with appropriate offices to ensure that policies and procedures are followed;
  • Oversee the monitoring of the control salary accounts and overpayments in Radiology;
  • Payroll processing;
  • Prepares and presents annual financial status reports to the leadership.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices;
  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements;
  • Experience in the preparation, review, and/or analysis of financial statements for U.S. Federal government entities;
  • U.S. citizenship required and the ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time.
