Responsibilities:

  • Support internal marketing and planning on upcoming important internal events and trainings;
  • Build and own a communications program that consistently encourages, informs and engages Niantic employees;
  • Lead communications moments, including company meetings and internal announcements;

Requirements:

  • History of success managing “performance-based” communications programs (being able to link communications programs to business results;
  • Demonstrated experience in internal communications;
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to create engaging content that aligns with our brand;
  • You’re comfortable using business productivity and collaboration tools to drive employee comms;
  • 4+ years an internal communications role with direct responsibility for content;
  • You’re a strong writer and verbal communicator. In fact, you consider this one of your top skills;
  • Experience measuring the success/ROI of employee communications programs;
  • Proven ability to create and implement comprehensive communications programs that support a corporate strategy and drive employee engagement;
  • Experience working across different functions and teams to get to a common solution or deliverable;
  • Strong experience in communications;
  • Experience in MarTech and/or SaaS industry strongly preferred;
  • SharePoint Administration;
  • Interpersonal skills;
