Our company is looking for a Keyholder to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide suggestions to management for merchandising which may improve sales;
  • Build a personal client book;
  • Understand the overall concept of Lilly Pulitzer, including the lifestyle, the customer, the merchandise and the heritage;
  • Know the merchandise on the floor and suggest merchandise to customers as appropriate;
  • Able to open and close stores and follow all processes and procedures;
  • Expert on product knowledge and product education for customers and other sales associates;
  • Build and drive store business with a strong focus on customer service; interact and build relationships with customers;
  • Meet daily sales goals and KPIs;
  • Work cross-departmentally to support initiatives;
  • Organize and lead in-store events and partnerships;
  • Acting manager on the floor when manager is not present;
  • Complete all store transactions – purchases, returns, exchanges;
  • Must be able to organize and motivate the sales team;
  • Assist with staff training, and development;
  • Greet Customers and determine their needs.

Requirements:

  • The ability and comfort level to operate with an automated point of sale system;
  • Sufficient fashion credibility to sell merchandise to customers;
  • The detail orientation necessary to safeguard the assets of the store. This includes cash reconciliation and inventory management;
  • The flexibility of schedule to accommodate the hours typical of retail store employee;
  • Technology competent;
  • Flexible work schedule – holidays, weekends, events, evenings, etc;
  • Can bend, reach, lift and move stock and products; Able to carry boxes 25- 30 lbs;
  • Dependable and trustworthy with all store responsibilities;
  • Consistent and reliable attendance;
  • Ability to multi-task, while providing professional and outstanding customer service;
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays is essential;
  • Desire to thrive working in a team environment;
  • Comfortable in engaging customers and applying products with the customer while providing consultations;
  • Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills;
  • Proven Customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
