Our company is looking for a Kitchen Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure and coach team members to consistently follow all Chick-fil-A processes and procedures;
  • Ensure store is neat, clean, and organized at all times;
  • Ensure BOH team members are aware of food cost and labor cost best practices and works to implement them at all time Skills;
  • Develop emerging leaders;
  • Oversee proper procedures that align with the Health Department and Food Safety;
  • Treat all with Honor, Dignity, & Respect;
  • Perform discipline for actions that do not meet Chick-fil-A standards as well as violations of the Team Member Handbook;
  • Oversee all aspects of our morning BOH operations;
  • Oversee Product Quality and Customer Experience in BOH that are in accordance with Chick-fil-A standards and procedures;
  • Empower, encourage, and provide feedback to team members on a daily basis;
  • Responsible for BOH cleanliness and organization;
  • Follow all waste tracking procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Lead the business to achieve labor/food cost targets and speed of service goals;
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and multitask;
  • Leader (track record of achievement);
  • Responsible for money, food, labor, and training systems;
  • Results-oriented;
  • Anticipates problems before they happen;
  • Outstanding communication skills;
  • Detailed & keenly observant;
  • Proven history of consistently performing at a high level;
  • Embodies the Restaurant’s vision;
  • Unquestionable integrity and represents Chick-fil-A well;

  • Hourly Range: $14.75 – $16.00.
