Our company is looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify sources of growth and/or profitability efficiencies in current or new areas through strategic thinking and creative analytics;
  • Managing an agency to operationalize and maintain Deputy’s Hubspot instance;
  • Ensure all platform notifications conform to COPPA, VPAA, GDPR and other legal or compliance requirements;
  • Run split and multivariate tests, ensuring test protocols are administered to minimize bias;
  • Managing MYT’s social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook;
  • Traffic notifications utilizing targeting capabilities while balancing against business goals;
  • Making strategic recommendations based on detailed analysis done through Salesforce, Hubspot, and other data sources to help drive Deputy’s growth;
  • Drive platform channel optimization and best practice adoption;
  • Organizing email marketing initiatives for holidays, upcoming events, newsletters, etc. We use Squarespace, which is entirely user-friendly;
  • Implement and audit all analytic encoding to enable channel effectiveness;
  • Drive channel reporting and run ad-hoc analysis when requested;
  • Partnering with key marketing stakeholders to ensure we have global consistency across tools and reporting;
  • Manage each notification build end-to-end, ensuring flawless execution and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Scripting (e.g. AMPscript, Liquid);
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Localytics;
  • Extensive experience with SQL or other query languages;
  • Attention to detail, with an ability to identify issues and implement remedies;
  • Self-Starter;
  • Experience with Hubspot (or other marketing automation tools) and Salesforce (other MarTech Tool experience is a big plus );
  • Python, R, or other scripting language used to handle large datasets;
  • 2+ years in marketing, consulting, internal strategy, or advertising experience, driving channel optimization and insights for stakeholders;
  • Experience supporting a large stakeholder team (we’re global and distributed);
  • 1 – 2 years of relevant Marketing Operations experience;
  • Strong project and program management skills;
  • Proficient in agile methodologies and working knowledge of Jira/Confluence;
  • Analytic orientation and curiosity, using insights to drive your next course of action;
  • Statistical Analysis;
  • An understanding and administration of testing best practices.
