Our company is looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with standardization of client proposals and proposal materials;
- Upload files to Digital Asset Management system;
- Manage timelines and deadlines to meet expectations of clients;
- Effectively communicates status, changes, and dependencies to applicable stakeholders throughout the project;
- Coordinate and plan client events, new office open houses, team-building events, and other events as needed;
- Work closely with a high-performing, diverse team across multiple time zones globally;
- Marketing requests are processed and assigned to the team promptly as they enter the system;
- Build and manage work back schedules, ensuring quality control throughout special projects;
- Reviews deliverables for quality, accuracy, functionality and to ensure all project requests have been fulfilled;
- Optimize project dashboards based on project/client requirements;
- Leads deliverable reviews, consolidates and clarifies feedback, and ensures necessary notes are addressed;
- Lead biweekly sprints for asset updates;
- Work with management on selecting, designing, and ordering giveaways and promotional items;
- Ensure deliverables comply with brand standards, are on schedule and of superior quality;
- Ensure all project documents are archived and posted to the publishing platform and digital asset management system.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience on marketing or branding related projects;
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field;
- Experience with non-U.S. companies or clients a plus.
