Our company is looking for a PR Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with media outlets;
  • Edit and revise content as necessary;
  • Produce and publish mass communications with email blasts and marketing campaigns;
  • Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision;
  • Document presence of companies at events, conferences, and speaking engagements;
  • Ensure consistent framing of messages;
  • Grow online supporter base and traffic;
  • Implement social media strategies;
  • Perform social media community management duties;
  • Support company’s corporate investor relations program, including: preparing corporate materials and tracking investor activity;
  • Become a WisdomTree product expert and primary contact for reporters covering WisdomTree;
  • Prepare press releases, media briefings, messaging documents, and reports on industry/market developments and competitor communications practices;
  • Developing internal communications strategy and implement across full company;
  • Secure interviews, prepare WisdomTree subject matter experts and manage interview process;
  • Coordinate a wide variety of administrative tasks, including tracking press coverage, managing activity reports and coordinating compliance process.

Requirements:

  • Strong oral and written communications skills and excellent attention to detail; knowledge of AP style;
  • Experience with financial products and financial press preferred;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related PR software;
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in financial public relations agency or corporate roles.
