Our company is looking for a Property Operations Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, analyzing and editing home inspection reports;
  • Creating detailed plans from inspection reports to get properties ready for showings and move-in;
  • Building a network of maintenance vendors, and monitor that each vendor is paid on time and is receiving enough work;
  • Managing field agents to perform home inspections, and walk-throughs;
  • Coordinating with tenants and maintenance vendors to schedule repairs and annual inspections;
  • Hiring and managing maintenance vendors for property repairs; ensure maintenance work is completed in line with Doorstead standards;
  • Managing incoming maintenance requests or emergencies.

Requirements:

  • Strong desire to take ownership, and help us become a national brand;
  • Comfortable using online platforms, such as Zendesk and Airtable;
  • Impeccable organization, attention to detail, and ability to handle high volume and manage your own time;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Deep level of empathy and ability to connect with people from all walks of life;
  • Prior experience working in project management, customer service, hospitality and/or client relations;
  • Able to think critically about how our team can continually improve processes;
  • Able to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, constantly-changing environment;
  • Ability to balance a passion for making people happy while setting expectations that will scale.
