Our company is looking for a Office Operations Manager to join our team.


  • Assist with facility improvement projects as well as office moves, furniture modifications, space planning conversations, and office setups;
  • Ensure kitchens and conference rooms are presentable, functional, and clean;
  • Manage annual catering and snack budget of nearly $1 million; track meal spend and project for company growth;
  • Optimize office processes and maintain and improve related documentation;
  • Manage all office invoices and payments;
  • Maintain vendor relationships to support office operational needs, including overseeing day porters and cleaning staff;
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop effective internal communications that build an engaged, informed, and positive culture;
  • Manage inventory of office/kitchen supplies and equipment and office swag;
  • Support on engagement activities, including organizing team events and tracking expenses;
  • Respond to building emergencies and be a member of the emergency response team;

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;
  • 1 year or more of office management, administrative, or other similar experience;

  • Technically adept; experienced with web technologies;
  • Strong computer skills; experience with GSuite and Trello preferred;
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to operate autonomously with the ability to make sound judgment calls;
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills balanced with the flexibility to meet the demands of a startup environment;
  • Highly capable of executing in a fast-paced environment without day-to-day oversight;
  • Previous experience managing multiple vendors; managing a budget for office and facilities needs, as well as event planning;
  • 5+ years office management experience, ideally, in fast-scaling tech startup;
  • Positive, pragmatic and proactive; innate ability to prioritize with minimal oversight;
  • “Can-do” attitude with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations; proactively anticipates needs before they arise.
