Regional Director of Business Development Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Regional Director of Business Development to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources;
- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets;
- Continuously conducts market assessments and uses data analytics tools to develop comprehensive sales plans designed to meet budgetary goals;
- Promote and monitor CRM utilization and oversee development/implementation of quarterly business plans in each market;
- Manages lead generation activities for new OEM opportunities;
- Convey value of solutions to existing clients through effective, ongoing communication of campaign results and reports;
- Work with Executive team to implement accurate forecasting, growth strategies and long-term goal setting;
- Provide leadership and accountability by coaching, developing, and retaining a high performing sales team;
- Lead the facility interdisciplinary team through monthly meetings to achieve marketing, case-mix and average daily census (ADC) goals;
- Manages sales process to follow-up on leads generated by the organization;
- Work closely with the inside and outside sales teams to aggressively pursue opportunities where expertise and/or onsite assistance is needed;
- Accountable for the ongoing program knowledge that includes updates into training modules;
- Maintains an office at the Ferndale, MI location when not traveling on business;
- Maintains CRM;
- Work with all members of the medical community to promote home care services.
Requirements:
- Work closely with counterparts from the inside sales team to review scripts on a regular basis for effectiveness;
