Our company is looking for a Research Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling content to summarize research findings and present complex data to varying audiences;
- Develops teams and capabilities to ensure quality delivery and data driven insights to accelerate medical progress and patient centricity;
- Manages project milestones, allocating tasks to ensure on time high quality delivery and adapting to fit client needs;
- Participate in media opportunities, such as published articles, and having speaking roles at conferences;
- Designs custom deliverables to meet client needs and questions; tailors project to meet client needs;
- Assist BD in scoping, feasibility, and project design;
- Oversees multiple custom deliverables and their execution by separate teams;
- Oversee departmental growth, provide opportunities for growth of managers and analysts;
- Recommends improvements in data visualization;
- Identify potential new partnerships and opportunities and strategize ways to grow these relationships;
- Evolve and develop methodology, both internally and across departments;
- Build on client relationships and oversee managers and analysts communications;
- Facilitate escalated concerns or complex problems;
- Bringing clarity out of complexity – ability to master the complexity and tell a compelling story to the client;
- May train others in process for interviews or social projects.
Requirements:
- Experience moderating focus groups;
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Experience in executing every stage of a research project;
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus;
- Experience/coursework with statistics and advanced quantitative methods;
- Excellent project management and organizational skills;
- Interest or experience using digital research tools a plus – including social media and digital analytics;
- A proven ability to successfully juggle multiple assignments;
- Experience with client-facing responsibilities, including leading client engagements;
- 4-5 years of experience in public affairs, corporate and/or political research;
- Ability to work efficiently and quickly produce high-quality work product;
- Experience with infographics;
- Team player with the ability to collaborate and maintain strong working relationships;
- Strong attention to detail and experience with catching mistakes and being detail-oriented;
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
