Revenue Operations Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute team learning through QBRs, SKO;
- Approve Deal Desk requests and support all sales teams through contract-building;
- Evolve the end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to booking;
- Collaborate with teams to ensure that all projects are progressing according to specifications and within the prescribed time frame;
- Improve Sales and Customer Success team efficiency, productivity, and goal attainment;
- Manage all business tools subscriptions and integrations;
- Align compensation models to support team incentives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in supervising A/R staff;
- 3+ years of accounting experience with order-to-cash operations (O2C or OTC);
- 3+ years experience in evaluating technology contracts;
- 2+ years experience in software revenue recognition and ASC 606, particularly in cloud computing environments.
