Our company is looking for a Staffing Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain staff availability; find work for staff that are available to work;
- Make service calls to existing and potential customers;
- Fill open orders;
- Recruit new staff;
- Participation in financial planning and management activities;
- Supports and exemplifies company initiatives;
- Take orders from customers;
- Set, meet, and achieve all metrics for division operations including sales, recruiting, fulfillment, and payroll;
- Establish and maintain good public relations and networking within the community to develop new business;
- Maintaining profitability in the branch through new business development, cost containment, and growth from established clients;
- Recruiting and managing field staff from hiring up to termination of employment.
Requirements:
- 2 year of college required;
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, strongly preferred;
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
