Our company is looking for a Staffing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain staff availability; find work for staff that are available to work;
  • Make service calls to existing and potential customers;
  • Fill open orders;
  • Recruit new staff;
  • Participation in financial planning and management activities;
  • Supports and exemplifies company initiatives;
  • Take orders from customers;
  • Set, meet, and achieve all metrics for division operations including sales, recruiting, fulfillment, and payroll;
  • Establish and maintain good public relations and networking within the community to develop new business;
  • Maintaining profitability in the branch through new business development, cost containment, and growth from established clients;
  • Recruiting and managing field staff from hiring up to termination of employment.

Requirements:

  • 2 year of college required;
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, strongly preferred;
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
