Our company is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze wage and salary data to determine competitive compensation plans;
  • Coach and develop business partners in the areas of performance management and talent development;
  • Maintenance and PPA customer invoicing, open invoice collections, levels, invoice reconciliation, and addressing unsatisfactory vendor services;
  • Be responsible for the management of Employee Relations Management and Employee Services functions with direct reports;
  • Conducts annual salary surveys to assure salary ranges for each position are competitive;
  • Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures;
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and organizational re-design initiatives;
  • Assist with department outgoing correspondence and memorandums as needed;
  • Leads and/or supports HR projects or represents HR on Cross-functional initiatives;
  • Prioritize and complete special projects as needed;
  • FMLA administration;
  • Assist with employee conflict resolution as necessary;
  • compensation and benefits administration;
  • Assist with other special hotel projects as needed;
  • Assist the HR department in maintaining accurate employee records.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in HRMIS and Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management/Administration or related degree;
  • Conflict management/resolution skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge convention;
  • Previous remote experience;
  • No matchLabor Relations;
  • HR credential preferred. (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, etc.);
  • Possess ongoing affiliations with leaders in successful companies and organizations that practice effective Human Resources Management;
  • Awareness of US employment laws & practices;
  • Human Resources Information System (HRIS) experience;
  • BA in Human Resources (MUST);
  • Demonstrate deep business acumen and ability to work in a challenging environment;
  • BSc in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar field;
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills required;
  • Communication.
