Our company is looking for a Recruiting Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Number of open orders;
  • Oversee and manage the recruitment team to service all job requirements with quality candidates in an acceptable timeframe to remain competitive;
  • Create hiring workflow for each client;
  • Build incentive programs for recruiters and maintain a competitive environment;
  • Analysis – Leverage data and metrics to conduct analysis on talent markets and our delivery to better support our teams, clients, and candidates;
  • Provide support to the recruiting team to negotiate pay and benefits within corporate set margins and guidelines;
  • Number of fills;
  • Interview-to-hire ratio;
  • Primary: Manage applicant tracking system (ADP);
  • Manage KPMG professionals to ensure the appropriate representation of the practices on campus;
  • Manages recruitment processes and procedures;
  • Full-cycle recruiting;
  • Initiate and conduct initial phone screens;
  • Participate in assigned projects/taskforces, as necessary;
  • Evaluate overall effectiveness and success of recruiting plans through analysis of hiring statistics, school data, demographics, and school ratings.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrates outstanding verbal and written communication;
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
  • Great communication and presentation skills;
  • Develop and retain relationships with candidates and referrals;
  • Collaborate and develop job postings with management team;
  • Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience that includes leading recruiters and coordinators;
  • Maintain and support staffing needs of the office;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Demonstrates exceptional skill in “reading” and assessing people;
  • Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and persuasive negotiating skills;
  • Models a calm professional demeanor in stressful situations;
  • Able to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality;
  • Collaborate in strategic initiatives to drive recruitment efforts and utilize various tools to source candidates;
  • Strong problem-solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data;
