Our company is looking for a Store Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an ultimate patient experience environment by leading and coaching teams to company service standards;
  • Maintain knowledge of loss prevention policies and procedures;
  • Monitor register sales and complete required cash drops throughout each shift, ensuring cash registers do not go above $2300;
  • Oversee store showroom operations, monitoring consultant interactions with patients, and ensuring proper verbiage is being used;
  • Train and develop patient consultants, ensuring all Patient Consultants are knowledgeable on all company products;
  • Assist the Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.

Requirements:

  • Management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area;
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels;
  • Must have prior cash handling experience;
  • Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a patient consultant team;
  • Highly motivated, confident, high-energy; flexible and adaptable to changing priorities;
  • Must be computer literate;
  • Associates degree preferred, two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Strong attention to detail; time-management, prioritization and organizational skills;
  • Must possess excellent people skills and be able to communicate effectively with others in both verbal and written form;
  • Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check and drug screening;
  • Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise);
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record;
  • Must be at least 21 years of age;
  • Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the job duties.
