Our company is looking for a Technical, Business & Operations to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Builds test fixtures, test racks, and special equipment as required;
  • Follows test procedures and completes data sheets for data taken;
  • Works closely with material planners and coordinators to order repair parts;
  • Assembles, repairs, tests and integrates electro-mechanical sub-assemblies;
  • Enters data into the daily log for turret activities;
  • Troubleshoots some test racks and test fixtures in support of production, repair, and engineering test activities;
  • Provides daily/weekly status of projects within work group;
  • Assembles, repairs and tests Outer and Inner Axis Sub-assemblies;
  • Identifies and documents test failures into TipQA database per process;
  • Identifies problems with assemblies, generates Non-Conforming Reports to document issues for products;
  • Create and update product change documents and participate in change control meetings;
  • Understand and apply applicable engineering processes;
  • Administer technical instruction to pilots;
  • Performs other duties as required;
  • Maintains configuration control on assigned systems.

Requirements:

  • Travel may be required, for both US and overseas, Passport is required;
  • Must have a Secret Clearance at the time of hire;
  • BS Degree in an engineering field is highly desired;
  • Specific experience in RF parametric testing and tuning preferred;
  • Must have ability to work with intricate parts and have a high attention to detail;
  • Associate’s Degree in a technical field or certificate from an accredited technical or military electronics program or recognized school;
  • Administer technical instruction to pilots;
  • Mechanical training preferred;
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend schematics, logic drawings, layouts, wire lists, and prints;
  • Proficient computer skills. Experience with SAP/Teamcenter is a plus;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Powerpoint;
  • Expertise in manufacturing concepts and be able to prioritize multiple projects;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees from diverse backgrounds;
  • Ability to communicate with different levels of the organization;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or Engineering, Master’s Degree preferred.
