Our company is looking for a Technical Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, establish and implement requirements for equipment, tooling, materials and methods of manufacturing to include costing;
  • Test: Work with your QA resources to ensure that the software you deliver is of the highest quality;
  • Manage and lead industrial, process and mechanical engineering including tooling and maintenance teams;
  • Supervise maintenance department while developing and maintaining a preventive maintenance program;
  • Responsible for key performance indicators across engineering and continuous improvement to ensure manufacturing excellence;
  • Conduct projects to develop and improve manufacturing methods and processes for production of various company product lines;
  • Specify: Work directly with senior leaders in our Product Design and Technical organizations to design applications that amaze our customers;
  • Engage employees in Continuous Improvement;
  • Measure: Monitor application metrics to ensure the expected results are met with continual user growth;
  • Architect: Hands-on involvement in design, architecture and development activities in the creation of a new CoStar CRM;
  • Launch: Take complete ownership of product launch activities and coordinate closely with DevOps to monitor performance and availability;
  • Initiate and justify capital expenditures and manage to capital budget;
  • Monitor production and engineering project labor requirements and partner with appropriate people to schedule technical resources.

Requirements:

  • Strives to continuously build knowledge base and skills; shares expertise with others;
  • Develops project plans; coordinates projects; communicates changes and progress; completes projects on time and within budget;
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently;
  • Very strong computer skills;
  • Solid web development and troubleshooting skills;
  • 5+ years of prior management experience;
  • Experience in Web and Database technologies;
  • Demonstrated expert knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and design patterns;
  • 10+ years of development experience;
  • 5+ years experience working with or creating CRM content;
  • Solid experience with the following technologies; C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, SQL Server;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Background in Tier 1 Automotive manufacturing including three years in plastics processing and two years in production supervision;
  • Six Sigma or Lean methodology knowledge preferred;
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related technical field (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering) or equivalent experience.
