Our company is looking for a Territory Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Management Team…providing strategic support, marketing tools, and overall support;
  • Evaluate customers needs and offer solutions;
  • Learn the products and services offered including our design software;
  • Generate and follow through sales leads;
  • Close the Sale” using our proven sales methods;
  • Manage and Build Strong Relationships with Field Employees;
  • Create and Grow Sales;
  • Appropriate “on site” cold calls “cloverleafing” (may vary based on territory);
  • Minimum of 65-75 total customer interactions per week;
  • Minimum 10-15 meetings per week with prospects and existing customer via set appointments;
  • Minimum 30-40 outbound sales calls via phone and email;
  • Completing Calendar Protocol;
  • CRM;
  • Expense Reports;
  • Create and Grow Sales (Primary Function of the Field/Sales Rep).

Requirements:

  • Computer literacy, especially with MS Office;
  • Maintain work-life balance;
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis;
  • Self-motivated, strong desire to achieve personal, professional growth;
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills;
  • Live within the Poplar Bluff, MO or Surrounding Area;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Ability to lift heavy objects;
  • Customer service experience;
  • Demonstrated independent, results driven work ethic;
  • Post-secondary degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills;
  • Enterprise or cloud software sales in the environmental and/or the water industry preferred;
  • Track record of closing enterprise software/SaaS deals and consistently exceeding sales targets;
  • Basic Computer skills.
