Our company is looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and keeps appropriate forms, records and feedback regarding content, trainers, qualifiers, and training progress;
  • Assist associates with problems concerning “how to” perform specific tasks related to their distribution position;
  • Required Skills;
  • Assess instructional effectiveness;
  • Knowledge/understanding of HIV/AIDS educational program and priorities, including early intervention activities and disease investigation;
  • Suggest best practices or improvements for consideration to enhance client education;
  • Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns;
  • Monitors checkpoint performance and adjusts work force as needed;
  • POC to triage various logistical issues such as room setup and technology needs;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Use tools to keep participant and team communication organized (calendars, folders, docs, spreadsheets, forms, websites, groups);
  • Assist Program Managers by scheduling meetings, keeping notes and agendas up to date, reporting on progress, and flagging issues as necessary;
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently;
  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency using MS Word, Excel, Publisher, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint;
  • Work with clinicians/designers to create printed materials that support training curriculum.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation;
  • Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned;
  • Maintain Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) status in IPC 600, 610, 620, 7711/7721, and J-STD-001;
  • Assist in the planning and execution of training activities that are a result of formal Corrective Actions;
  • Experience with leadership development;
  • Experience with curriculum design and design software;
  • Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns;
  • Peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point.);
  • Knowledge/understanding of HIV/AIDS educational program and priorities, including early intervention activities and disease investigation;
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred;
  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency using MS Word, Excel, Publisher, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint;
  • Distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more);
  • Mathematical Skills – Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
