Our company is looking for a Learning Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assesses development needs for individuals and groups;
  • Engages in the following warehouse activities, with or without reasonable accommodation;
  • Lifts and moves material weighing up to 49 pounds each;
  • Supports Area Readiness/Standard work programs for the site;
  • Seeks ongoing skill development on an ongoing basis (i.e., participating and conducting skill classes, cross-training, etc.);
  • Frequently walks in the building and around area; facilities are over a quarter mile in length;
  • Audit Powered Industrial Equipment Training program and recording;
  • Manage a team of trainers to effectively complete associate onboarding, cross-training events, and various other associate continued training programs;
  • Execute training programs for both seasonal and regular trainers;
  • Track learning curve and continuous improvement metrics at the site level;
  • Monitor adherence to all established training programs to ensure standard work is achieved;
  • Audit Trailer Dock and Release Training programs and record keeping accuracy;
  • Document feedback results to help the learning department identify strengths as well as areas of improvement;
  • Actively seek ongoing skill development (i.e., participating and conducting skill classes, cross-training, etc.);
  • Coordinate ambassador identification program and track ambassador audits.

Requirements:

  • 2 – 3 years of work experience with event planning or coordination within a corporate environment;
  • Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills;
  • Strong analytical and technical skills;
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) a plus;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities;
  • Positive attitude; always willing to learn;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Comfortable with data management/data manipulation.
