Our company is looking for a Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with, and manage, third party property management companies responsible for day to day building operations and service delivery to tenants;
  • Answer and direct incoming calls;
  • Enters into the computer the sequence of the Treatment Plan with the doctor’s signature;
  • Create medical charts;
  • Work under the general direction of the Center Administrator;
  • Ensures that all time units assigned to doctor and assistants are accurately placed in computer with the Treatment Plan;
  • Admit patients;
  • Asset Manage 3 to 3.5 million square feet of medical office buildings located in multiple states;
  • Enters into the computer a complete Treatment Plan with ADA codes with doctor signature;
  • Oversee, review and enforce lease agreements for managed properties;
  • Work in a team environment;
  • Responsible for maximizing portfolio financial performance including NOI growth year over year, retention and occupancy;
  • Drive portfolio budget creation and understand property level budget impact;
  • Work with the clinical staff to schedule patients and ensure that the center’s work flow efficiently runs;
  • Ensure that all subsequent visits are written into computer.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook;
  • Must be a team player;
  • Ability to be cross-trained and function with multiple responsibilities;
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment and maintain a pleasant demeanor;
  • Flexibility and job-sharing required;
  • Professional dress and appearance required; and;
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Dental/medical knowledge preferred;
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills;
  • Previous experience working inpatient admissions;
  • Dental office scheduling experience is a must;
  • Medical experience required and Dental experience desired;
  • High School degree or equivalent required;
  • Previous experience scheduling medical appointments and treatment plans.
