Treatment Plan Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with, and manage, third party property management companies responsible for day to day building operations and service delivery to tenants;
- Answer and direct incoming calls;
- Enters into the computer the sequence of the Treatment Plan with the doctor’s signature;
- Create medical charts;
- Work under the general direction of the Center Administrator;
- Ensures that all time units assigned to doctor and assistants are accurately placed in computer with the Treatment Plan;
- Admit patients;
- Asset Manage 3 to 3.5 million square feet of medical office buildings located in multiple states;
- Enters into the computer a complete Treatment Plan with ADA codes with doctor signature;
- Oversee, review and enforce lease agreements for managed properties;
- Work in a team environment;
- Responsible for maximizing portfolio financial performance including NOI growth year over year, retention and occupancy;
- Drive portfolio budget creation and understand property level budget impact;
- Work with the clinical staff to schedule patients and ensure that the center’s work flow efficiently runs;
- Ensure that all subsequent visits are written into computer.
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook;
- Must be a team player;
- Ability to be cross-trained and function with multiple responsibilities;
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and maintain a pleasant demeanor;
- Flexibility and job-sharing required;
- Professional dress and appearance required; and;
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Dental/medical knowledge preferred;
- Advanced oral and written communication skills;
- Previous experience working inpatient admissions;
- Dental office scheduling experience is a must;
- Medical experience required and Dental experience desired;
- High School degree or equivalent required;
- Previous experience scheduling medical appointments and treatment plans.
