Our company is looking for a Unit Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Recommends plans for staff training and development using quality assurance indicators, incident report investigations, and direct observation;
  • Provide vendors with all technical specs, clocks, and credit requirements and advise on all NG technical and business standard operating guidelines;
  • Track and take receipt of program deliverables & notify internal departments of delivery and schedule changes throughout production;
  • Assist Marketing in facilitating ancillary asset requests and delivery from various internal NGP & Disney business units;
  • Commitment to Quality Care;
  • Manages area of responsibility with the goal of achieving and maintaining the highest quality of care possible;
  • Ensure both overall team and individual Loan Consultant goals are met, including Unit Quotas, Close Rates, and QA standards;
  • Provides performance feedback, coaching, and motivation to the Loan Consultant staff;
  • Leads by example in the areas of pipeline management and call volume standards;
  • Assists in training and mentoring of new hires.

Requirements:

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel), media-sharing platforms, and customized data entry applications;
  • LPN or RN, experience preferred;
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Diplomatic skills when working on challenging projects;
  • Bachelor’s Degree required;
  • Experience working with international clients;
  • Current MA nursing license;
  • Quickly adapts to learning new technology, workflows, software and systems;
  • Ability to prioritize what’s most important at any given moment and adjust as necessary;
  • An awareness of the bigger picture as it relates to the entire production, the Channels’ programming slate, and team members’ workloads;
  • Ability to switch between multiple unique projects that are in different stages of production all over the world (i.e. different time zones).
